The first images of the Lufthansa 100 years A380 have been revealed.

This is the only image so far of the Lufthansa 100 A380, and it actually looks pretty good for a newer A380. The only things I don’t like about it are the landing gear, and rectangular white chunk at the root of the wing. I might just replace the front gear with older ones and paint over some of the wing rectangle, but I feel weird defacing a model, especially since it’s most likely a European exclusive, so far only available on two sites from the UK and the Herpa website (from Germany). I honestly like exclusives, because they are rarer planes that are cooler to collect. I also don’t care for some of the newer Daron planes, so it’s more enticing if it’s an exclusive, as opposed to a bad model that won’t even be rare ever, like the newer Emirates A380. I also think they did a bad job with the box, because it’s just white with a black interior piece. They could’ve reused the format of the 787 and A350, which would’ve been a lot better. Anyways, preorder is available, and it will be in stock hopefully before the end of September, but knowing Daron, it might take longer.
